The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Government of India programme, run by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, that lets college students serve the community while they study.
It began in 1969. NSS volunteers take part in regular activities through the year and in special camps, learning about the people around them by working alongside them.
Students who would like to join our NSS unit can ask at the college office.
